It’s baaaaaaaaack! Located just off Elm Street is Lansing’s historic REO Town, home to some of the city’s oldest (and darkest) history. This Halloween, the neighborhood will be transformed into a spooky spectacular once again. From 1pm-5pm, we will be a family-friendly haven for creepy fun- trick or treating, carnival games, free pumpkins, a vendor market, and more! As the sun sets, the evening will take on a darker tone with costume parties, drink specials, and some surprises you simply have to see to believe!

WHEN: Saturday, October 25, 2025

WHERE: REO Town Neighborhood (S. Washington Ave.)

COST: Free to attend, although some activities may have a fee associated.

Time: 1pm-5pm, Saturday 10/25/25
Location: REO Town Marketplace, 1027 S. Washington Ave, Lansing (Indoors)
Space: 10×10, no tents, must provide own tables/chairs
Cost: $45

TRUNK-OR-TREAT APPLICATION

Time: 3pm-5pm, Saturday 10/25/25
Location: REO Town Clubhouse, 1314 S. Washington Ave, Lansing (Outdoors)
Cost: FREE, but must bring candy/prizes for at least 100 attendees.

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP!
We need a handful of volunteers during the day to help with the carnival games the REO Town Marketplace. We may also need a few volunteers to help with nighttime festivities as those are finalized. If you’re willing to donate a couple of hours of your time, please sign up below!
